Brinell Hardness test blocks with DAkkS-Certificate (100x100mm)

The Brinell hardness test blocks are used for the yearly, indirect verification and calibration of Brinell hardness tester as well as the cyclic (daily) check of the hardness tester.
Buderus Edelstahl hardness test blocks (Made in Germany) are delivered with a DAkkS-Certificate (DIN EN ISO 6506-3) from the Materialprüfungsamt Nordrhein-Westfalen (MPA NRW). For hardness test blocks, certified by the MPA NRW, there is an Excel-Sheet available where the calibration value, limit deviation and tolerable repeatability of the hardness tester as well as the measurement uncertainty of the hardness test block are noted. By means of this sheet a cyclic verification of your hardness test can be documented without any efforts within the framewort of quality assurance.
For the optimum utilization of the hardness test block, a raster can be engraved if requested.
