Nadetech ND-SP Mini Ultrasonic Spray Coater is a completely automatized equipment for thin film deposition via ultrasonic spray coating, where uniformity and very small droplet sizes are required. Its design and programmable software allows to control and automatize every deposition parameter with high accuracy and reproducibility. NDSP Mini Ultrasonic Spray Coater can be used to obtain nanometric coatings of one or multiple layers.

Thanks to the ultrasonic spray coating nozzle, Nadetech ND-SP Mini Ultrasonic Spray Coater is able to produce droplets with an average diameter of 15 micrometers and a very uniform drop size distribution. Its compact and robust design makes ND-SP Mini Ultrasonic Spray Coater the best equipment for lab scale
requirements and R&D applications. Multiple configurations can be programmed to achieve particular needs, depending on its applications in electronics, health, energy, advanced materials and other smart coatings. Ultrasonic spray technique reduces the quantity of coating material needed up to 80%.
The user friendly Windows® based software permits to control all the spray coating process parameters with high accuracy. The user has a full automatized control of the spraying frequency, flow rate, nozzle speed and distance, sample positions, temperature and air pressure. Nadetech®’s software also stores all these
parameters for further usage, which guarantees a high reproducibility of the coatings.
